Reopening our branches in the midst of crisis

When the lockdown was announced last March 15, 2020, we had to temporarily shutdown all branches to be one with the government in our effort to flatten the curve.

After three months, the government finally allowed businesses that are health essentials to reopen.  As a therapy center, Trails was allowed to reopen.  We’ve reopened all our four branches.  Our Dasmariñas Cavite branch was reopened first on May 20, followed by Manila and San Pedro branches on June 11.  Our Shaw branch opened on August 1.

Reopening our branches was not an easy decision.  We had to seek approvals from the local government and comply with DOH Infection Prevention and Control Protocols.  We had to equip and intensify our safety measures in all the three branches.  We had to rearrange the layout of the center to make sure social distancing is observed.

The Trails safety guidelines were based on pandemic prevention and management procedures set by the World Health Organization (WHO), Department of Health (DOH), Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Labor and Employment, Department of Interior and Local Government and Council for the Welfare of Children. Various models and guidelines from international community of professionals were also considered.

These guidelines and recommendations are based on current available evidence and prevailing global and local situation. We will REVIEW and UPDATE these guidelines as new information is made available.
